William W. Mitchell

William’s practice is focused on litigation, business law, and estate matters. He represents clients throughout the state in a wide range of disputes and transactions, including contract and shareholder disputes, probate and estate litigation, business dissolutions, personal injury claims, business formations, and estate planning.

Admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2011, William is known for a practical, common-sense approach to resolving legal problems. He works efficiently to help clients reach fair, cost-effective resolutions whenever possible, while remaining fully prepared to take cases to trial when necessary. He has successfully tried bench and jury trials in courts across Western Washington.

William’s clients include individuals, families, small local businesses, and interstate companies. Many of his clients have worked with him for years, valuing his straightforward advice, accessibility, and hands-on involvement in their matters. His goal is always to provide clear guidance and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Born and raised in Washington, William earned his BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. He is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the Snohomish County Bar Association.

Outside of the office, William enjoys attending local sporting events, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and young children.
