He handles cases ranging from neck and back injuries to brain injuries, burns, and death.

In addition, Todd handles employment cases, successfully prosecuting and defending cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, wage claims, and sexual harassment. He also represents clients in family law, real property, and professional malpractice, including medical and legal negligence. Todd enjoys bringing complex litigation to successful conclusion for his clients.

Todd received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and his law degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. Prior to practicing law, Todd served as a Naval Officer in the United States Sixth Fleet and nearly ten years as a Senior Staff Member in the United States House of Representatives. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the District of Columbia, and federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court.
