Todd Nichols has been practicing law for twenty years and has been with the firm since 1992. His practice emphasizes personal injury accidents, including injuries from automobile accidents, slip and falls, and from dangerous products. He handles cases of injuries ranging from neck and back injuries to brain injuries, burns, and death.

In addition, Todd handles employment cases, successfully prosecuting and defending cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, wage claims, and sexual harassment. He also represents, clients in family law, real property, and professional malpractice.

Todd received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the District of Columbia, and federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been honored by his peers as an elected officer of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
